Statement of Intent

C.E.R.T.S has an ongoing vision and commitment to be a leader in the cleanroom testing and certification industry.

This vision is supported by a strong pursuit of innovation, a foundation supported by an ISO 17025 quality management system and underscored by a highly trained workforce with a company-wide focus on excellence.

Additionally, the quality management system is meant to comply with ISO 9001:2015.

Policy Objectives

  1. Provide the financial and personnel resources to maintain and continually improve our certified quality systems.
  2. Ensure that all employees are trained in the management system and have the knowledge and experience to carry out their duties in a competent manner.
  3. Maintain a fair and innovative work environment that respects and rewards new ideas, creativeness, and hard work.
  4. Respond to any customer quality concerns in a manner that demonstrates management commitment.
  5. Achieve Company Objectives as established by the management team.

Strategies

  • C.E.R.T.S will achieve these objectives through the development and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System, communication with our customers, and a commitment to employee recognition.
  • C.E.R.T.S develops and maintains training programs to enhance the skills of all personnel. We are committed to learning and knowledge sharing to further develop both technical and professional skills.
  • Each department at C.E.R.T.S has an important role to play in maintaining and continually improving systems and documentation. Management is responsible for ensuring adherence to the Quality System.
